LASH GROWTH MASCARA

Is your mascara waterproof?

Yes.  It is also infused with the same Lash Growth Serum ingredients to help nourish and support lash growth too.

How can I remove it?

Use a lash cleanser or gentle facial cleanser to remove the mascara from your lashes - do this gently, there is no need to rub your eyes vigorously.

SOIRÉE LASH CLUSTERS

How do I know which length to choose?

Have a look at our lash mapping images to see what lengths you'll need for the look you're wanting to achieve.  A little helpful tip is that if you're unsure, simply test the length by holding it up to your lash line with the tweezers or balance it on the top side of your lashes (without any bond) before committing to application with the bond and seal.

How do I apply the clusters?

1.) Make sure your lashes are clean and dry and free of any oils or residue.

2.) Curl your lashes and apply the bond to the underside of your lashes (as if you were applying mascara) but only to the bottom half of your lashes.  There is no need to apply the bond to the entire length of your lashes.

3.) Gently remove a cluster from your ONYX lash collection and line up the bottom of the cluster to your lash line on your outer corner - gently push the cluster to the bond on your lashes - they will adhere to the lash.

4.) Continue to do this along your lash line from outer corner to the inner corner of your eye choosing the length of cluster you prefer. You can also see our mapping images to choose different styles to suit your eyes.

5.) Once all of your clusters are adhered, apply a small amount of Sealer using the applicator brush - ONLY APPLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF YOUR LASHES.

6.) Using your tweezers, pinch the lash clusters and your lashes together et voila, you are done!

How do I remove the clusters?

1.) Use the Gentle Remover along your lash line making sure to cover the lash clusters along the roots where the bond and seal are.

2.) Wait a couple of minutes until the bond and seal have been softened. Trying to remove the clusters before the bond and seal have softened can result in your natural lashes being pulled out or irritated at the lash line.

3.) Using a spoolie, close your eye and gently brush the lash clusters downwards.  If there is any resistance, add more Gentle Remover and wait a few more minutes.  When completely softened, the clusters should easily be brushed out.

How can I store the clusters?

Soirée lashes are reusable - make sure to clean them gently in lash cleanser or a gentle face wash, allow them to air dry on a clean paper towel and then store them based on their length in a section of your storage jar.

How many times can I use the lashes?

Soirée lashes can be used up to 5 times depending on how you care for them. Remember, these products are handmade and though they are made from premium materials they are still delicate.

The bond won't stick - what am I doing wrong?

When applied correctly, the bond will adhere easily and lashes can be held in place for up to 14 days.  If you're having trouble please make these adjustments:

  • Make sure your lashes are completely free of oils, makeup, moisturiser and residue. If you are reapplying directly after removal, there may be some Gentle Remover residue on your lashes - cleanse your lashes twice and let them dry for at least 5 minutes before trying again.
  • Make sure you are applying enough bond. The bond needs to be applied along your lower lash line by the roots - don't merely dot it along the lash line. You can also try applying the bond directly to your cluster but make sure you allow it to become tacky before applying.
  • If you're finding your outer lashes are adhering but the inner corner lashes aren't, it may be because the bond is drying out too much before you get to the inner corner.  If this is the case, apply the bond to sections of your lash line as you go, as opposed to applying bond to the entirety of your lash line prior to application.
  • Make sure you are only using the Sealer on the bottom side of the clusters and pinching the lashes together with your own lashes using the tweezers when you're finished.
